The Crafty Kitten Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and explains data collection and use practices for the The Crafty Kitten website.

The Crafty Kitten "website" includes all Web pages, newsletters, discussion forums and lists and opt-in announcement lists owned and operated by The Crafty Kitten. By accessing our website, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We can assure you that at no time do we rent, buy or sell mailing lists. This means with two exceptions, that we would never share or sell the data you have provided us with any other company for any purpose whatsoever.

The first exception to this is that we would, if requested provide information to the tax authorities to provide records of sales - we would only do this when legally required to do so however and it is not usual practice.

The second exception is that we provide our shipping or delivery partners with the delivery address, email and telephone number for any orders that you place with us that they are delivering. The sole purpose of doing this is to, obviously, facilitate the delivery of the order you have placed.

In the Privacy Policy below we have provided detailed information on when, how and why we collect your personal information, how and when we use it and under what very limited circumstances we would use it and also how we keep it secure.

Who we are:
Nikki Mitchell t/a The Crafty Kitten, located at 15 Gate Mews, Llanrwst, Conwy, LL26 0LB

What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?

Do you collect IP addresses?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a set of numbers, that serve as that computer's IP ("Internet Protocol") address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our Sites. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse of our network, its users, or to cooperate with law enforcement. We do not collect and evaluate this information for specific individuals. Our Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors.

What are cookies?
